
Child Care Information Services
Purpose: The Child Care Information Services (CCIS) of Lycoming/Clinton County works to insure that eligible parents/caretakers are able to choose high-quality early care for their children while they work and/or attend school.
Vision: All Lycoming and Clinton County families will have access to high-quality care for their children, fostering successful futures in school and in life.
Resource and Referral Services: All Lycoming and Clinton County citizens are eligible to receive Resource and Referral Services. Using client information, the CCIS will create a child care referral list tailored to client needs. The CCIS can also provide valuable information to assist you in choosing quality care for your child.
Help Paying for Child Care: Eligibility for subsidized child care is based on your family size and income. You must be residents of Clinton or Lycoming County and be employed for at least twenty (20) hours a week or a parent/caretaker attending high school.
If you are an adult attending training you must work at least ten (10) hours a week After the ten (10) hour work requirement is met, the combination of work and training must meet the twenty (20) hour requirement.

To obtain a paper application you may stop by our office located at 2138 Lincoln Street, Williamsport, PA or call (570) 601-9707 and request an application packet be mailed to you.
The CCIS can provide valuable information to assist you choosing quality care for your child. The CCIS offers Parent Choice Child Care. Parent_ Choice child care is a system that offers parents, who are eligible for state-subsidized_ child care, the ability to choose from a wide variety of child care options
