Child Care Information Services (CCIS)
"Parent Choice" child care allows parents of children (from birth to age 13) to choose the child care facility that best fits their needs. Family size and income determine child care fees.
Parents must register with STEP to determine eligibility and fees. To register or for more information, please contact the address below. Evening hours with CCIS are also available by appointment.

The goal of the Central Regional Key is to create a quality improvement system in which all early learning programs and practitioners are encouraged and supported to improve child outcomes.
Service Areas include: Keystone STARS, STARS Technical Assistance, Early Childhood Mental Health, Professional Development, Health Consultation, Community Engagement and School Age Project.
