Affordable Housing
Affordable and secure one, two, and three bedroom units for eligible low to moderate income individuals and families. Features include central air-conditioning, major appliances, 24-hour maintenance service, on-site laundry, off-street parking, and a special key system.

Weatherization
The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) assists eligible households permanently reduce their energy bills. Thorough energy efficient technologies and education, home retrofitting and life style changes can reduce heating cost by as much as 32% and overall energy bills approximately $350 per year. Additional benefits of the WAP include reducing greenhouse emissions and the dependency on foreign oil suppliers. Homeowner Occupied Rehabilitation
The program offers accessibility modifications, the correction of
code deficiencies and the stabilization of neighborhoods and
communities.
