Boyd Street Entrance Renovations Completed by John T. Konieczny 04/20/2010 04:02 PM The renovations to the Boyd Street entrance of STEP’s Main Office were recently completed. The fully accessible entrance is designed to be safer in inclement weather, and provide a smoother drop-off for shared-ride transportation to the senior center in the lower level. Note from the picture that the ramp is fully indoors and is not exposed to weather conditions, particularly icing. Accessible parking is next to the entrance, and the traffic flow takes vehicles nearly to the door. Also within a few steps of this entrance, Senior Center consumers and volunteers have 18 reserved parking spots from 10 AM to 12:30 PM.
