STEP Outreach

Staff assist people (ages 18 and up) in maintaining self-sufficiency and aiding those in crisis situations. Individuals and families must meet eligibility guidelines.

Income Management

Customers can develop and maintain a workable household budget, enroll in an affordable utility payment program or receive other types of energy assistance.

Housing Assistance

Customers are assisted in locating affordable housing or rental assistance. Information about tenants’ rights and responsibilities is provided.

Information & Referral

Customers are linked to other appropriate community resources that can help.

Case Management

Staff provide goal-setting and ongoing follow-up to ensure that needs are being met.
