At STEP, we know employment is a critical part of family and community success, but we also see the barriers our customers face in obtaining or keeping employment. In our Workforce Development pathway, we help our customers identify and overcome obstacles on the road to increased self-sufficiency and stability.
STEP needs your help to establish a Workforce Development Pathway Endowment Fund. We believe it is imperative that we, as an agency, work toward the self-sufficiency we seek for our customers, and this endowment fund will eventually be a stable source of flexible funding.
