The Clinton County Housing Coalition, Inc. (CCHC) intends to submit an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) for Federal Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) CARES funds. CCHC will apply for funding to be administered to eligible clients and services in Clinton, Lycoming, and Tioga counties. ESG funding will be deployed for the following activities:
- Emergency shelter operations and essential services
- Homelessness prevention rental assistance and services
- Homeless management information system (HMIS) data entry
CCHC will be the lead agency and execute subrecipient agreements with STEP, Inc., American Rescue Workers and Tioga County Homeless Initiative.
A Virtual Public Hearing will be held on May 29, 2020 at 10:00 am. to receive public comment on the proposed activities, accept proposals for new activities, and discuss potential environmental impacts of the proposed project.
