2020 Community Needs Assessment

Thank you to all who have completed the community-wide survey! The 2020 Community Needs Assessment Report in response to COVID-19 is now available for both Lycoming and Clinton counties.

As a Community Action Agency, STEP depends on data-driven decision making. The Community Needs Assessment will help the agency identify service and resource gaps within the communities it serves and show where new or additional programming should be focused in order to recover from the COVID-19 crisis.
