As a Community Action Agency, STEP is required to have a tripartite board, with members from three sectors and two counties. Members come from the public, private, and low income sectors, and from Lycoming and Clinton counties.

 STEP, Inc. Board of Directors Meeting Schedule

Board meetings will be held at 4:00 PM on the third Monday of each month unless that day is a STEP observed holiday. The 2026 meeting schedule is below; please call to confirm location and other details, or to request the Teams link/call-in number.

Meetings are held at 2138 Lincoln St, Williamsport, except as noted. Meetings with asterisks are held at the Clinton County Community Center, 124 E. Walnut St, Lock Haven.
