Course Overview:
This online self-paced learning session was developed by the PA Key Program Quality Assessment team and includes content used with permission of the ERS authors. The session is facilitated by PA Key Program Quality Assessors reliable in the ERS instruments.
This session is a pre-requisite for the ITERS-R, ECERS-R, ECERS-3, or SACERS-U seminars. Participants will learn how the ERS program observation instruments measure quality and how the ERS program observation instruments are used in PA for continuous quality improvement.
