2026 Veggie Voucher Guidelines & Distribution Details
All recipients must meet the following criteria:
- Total household income is within the Income guidelines of up to:
- $29,526 for 1 person in the household
- $40,034 for 2 people in the household
- $50,542 for 3 people in the household
- $61,050 for 4 people in the household
- $71,558 for 5 people in the household
- $82,066 for 6 people in the household
- Recipient is 60 years old or older (or will turn 60 by December 31, 2026) and lives in Clinton County or Lycoming County
Recipients will receive a total of $25 to be used at local farmers’ markets during our in-person Drive Through distribution events in Lycoming and Clinton Counties.
Be sure to bring your photo ID or driver's license to one of our drive through distribution sites on the following dates/times:
Lycoming County - June 29 | 9am - 1pm
South Williamsport Park Complex | 545 E. Central Ave.
Enter through E. Mountain Ave, follow E. Mountain Ave. to the Oak Entrance, exit out E. Central Ave.
Clinton County - June 30 | 9am - 1pm
Castanea Fire Co. Picnic Grounds | 859 Lower Creek Rd., Lock Haven
Enter through E. Water St., turn onto Lower Creek road
Lycoming County - July 1 | 9am - 1pm
South Williamsport Park Complex | 545 E. Central Ave.

Clinton County - July 2 | 9am - 1pm
