Local Leadership Council

The Early Learning Resource Center Region 7 Local Leadership Council is one strategy implemented by the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning to ensure the Regional ELRC is working in an integrated and collaborative way to support early care and education professionals and families with children. 

The purpose of the LLC is to allow the ELRC to effectively serve as a hub of resources for early learning providers and families with children by engaging with a diverse group of community stakeholders. LLC members help the lead agency assemble and strengthen leadership at the local level. By bringing together stakeholders, our intention is to utilize the expertise of the members to forward our goal of meeting community needs in a measurable way.
