Beginning May 22, STEP Transportation will allow customers to schedule trips to banks. Due to banks being closed to walk-in customers, trips will be handled as follows:
- We will transport to ATM’s or for a customer to do “walk-up" business. If a customer can still arrange to do business in the bank, we will accommodate.
- Customers may be asked to project the amount of time the trip would take for scheduling purposes.
- STEP vehicles cannot take customers through the drive up because of vehicle clearance requirements.
In addition to banks, we will take people to Lowe's or other hardware stores. As a reminder, STEP is still transporting to grocery stores.
