
STEP Transportation is pleased to announce that Shared Ride passengers across Lycoming & Clinton County now have more flexibility in scheduling and managing their trips.
On April 28th STEP will launch Find My Ride Schedule, this initiative is funded by the PennDOT’s Bureau of Public Transportation. Find My Ride Schedule, offers passengers the convenience of managing trips directly from their smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Through the Find My Ride Schedule website at www.findmyridepa.org, passengers can access many convenient features including:
- The ability to schedule new trips
- The ability for agencies to assist consumers in scheduling trips
- Track their driver’s estimated arrival time
- View upcoming rides
- Cancel trips they no longer need. Whether trips are booked via Find My Ride Schedule or through a Customer Service Representative.
STEP is rolling out this tool to provide enhanced experience for passengers, while these new tools offer added convenience, our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help over the phone.
We understand that while some passengers prefer using technology, others might appreciate personal assistance. We aim to offer multiple options, but it’s entirely up to the passenger how they wish to engage with these tools.
Note: Not all trips can be scheduled through Find My Ride Schedule at this time. For trips outside of the consumer’s (home) county, or for specialized situations, passengers should continue to contact Customer Service to schedule those trips.
